WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Processing Time = Period between the date an order is placed and when the parcel is shipped. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Processing/Handling Time will be 1-3 Business Days.

Shipping Time = Period taken from warehouses to reach its intended destination and delivered to your address.

Shipping time will depend on your country of residence. Shipping time also primarily depends on your local customs and import procedures. Return a product for any reason


You have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

Packages must be Sign for on Delivery

If nobody is at the address at the time of delivery, a note is left in the mailbox. Anotherattempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will bemade. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us.You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient foryou. This should just be included as a Shipping Address on checkout. Please note that itis not possible to make a delivery to a PO Box.
If the returned product is tampered with, has some missing accessories/parts, or the factory marks/stickers are removed, the return will be not accepted. 
The pictures of the watch box are provided by the manufacturing brand and are only used for representational purposes. The watch box you would receive might vary according to your product's brand, but it would be 100% authentic.

PACKAGING:

Being professional bag supplier, we recognize the significance of receiving your bags and accompanying accessories in pristine condition. Therefore, all orders will be delivered wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a secondary outer box to forestall any impairment during the delivery process.

You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order and another when your order is sent out. Please ensure that you enter correct and precise details, such as email and shipping address, upon ordering. As we do not refund or resend orders that have been held by local post due to incorrect address, please make sure that the information you provide is accurate.

 

MARKED AS DELIVERED:

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS/Canada Post/Royal Mail/LAPoste/DeutschePost/Australia Post, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived, you must contact the local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. After receiving the required documentation, we will make every effort to resend a replacement order to you.
